Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Antophil, we value our customers and want you to feel confident shopping with us. To ensure fairness and transparency, we follow a strict No Return & No Cash Refund Policy. Exchanges and store credit refunds are allowed under specific conditions only.
1. T-Shirts & Apparel
- No returns are accepted.
- Exchanges & refunds are allowed only in the following cases: Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Delivered:
- Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Refund will be in the form of Antophil Store Credits (usable on future purchases).
Size Exchange:
- Allowed within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
- Size exchange is subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit of equal value will be issued.
- Customer bears the shipping cost for size exchanges (unless Antophil sent the wrong size).
2. Important Notes
- Do not accept delivery if the package seal is broken, tampered, or opened. Antophil will not be responsible for claims if a tampered package is accepted from the delivery partner.
- All refund amounts will be issued as Antophil Store Credits only (no cash/online transfer).
- Store credits can be used on any future purchase and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Minor variations in color/design due to screen display differences are not considered defects.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
